Joseph did an outstanding job today 12/30/2024 in helping me with my printer. I have been trying to get this printer Magicard 600 to work for two weeks. It only took Joseph about 45 mins to fix the problem. He is also a very patient person.

Enjoying the Evolis Primacy 2 printer. A software issue crept up out of nowhere. The Bodno tech, Jude, gave me a call and was great in fixing the issue plus helping with a settings issues that came up during the call. I definitely have confidence in the Bodno customer support (it's great that it's not outsourced!).
