Excellent support. Byron solved the printer connectivity problem in a flash. A+! He's a great asset to Bodno, I really appreciate the help.

I was having such a hard time trying to get my printer to actually print and then a short call for assistance got me on the line with Felix. He was very helpful and patient with me because I am not tech savvy. He walked me through what I needed to do very clearly, and he handled the fix quickly so that I could continue on with my workday. I am so Thankful that you have an employee like Felix that gets the job done quickly and with great customer service.

This is the second time I have had to use tech support and once again they did not disappoint. Byron was quick, concise, and knew exactly what my issue was before I even finished explaining it. I really appreciated how fast he moved through the fix but was still polite and professional the whole time. Any time I have an issue I never hesitate to call Bodno because the tech support is unmatched. I wish we could hire their staff run IT tech support for my company!

Good day, I had trouble with getting my application and printer to work well so I decided to contact customer service, thankfully I do. I had an employee by the name of Felix. He had my printer fix and printing in no time. (I highly recommend his services) Overall, I give the service I received a 10 out of 10.

Great customer service. Very helpful

We have had our device over a year and for some strange reason we always had to reset our activation code if it wasn't in use after a week or so. I was told that our code was no longer exist and it was because we were trying to use the code onto another device but that wasn't case. We had been using the same device since we received the device. Come to find out Felix was able to determine that the device was not registered and we were using someone else's activation. Felix was able to register our device properly and we are all set. No more calling to reset our code and becoming frustrated with all of this.

The Tech Support Representative Byron was very knowledgeable, personable and experienced. He resolved my issues and tested everything to make sure everything was working well.
