Angelo helped me resolve the color issue with badge prints. I was getting only black and white after change of ribbon. Angelo discovered our software and printer were in need of updates. He had me try x2 to reach our internal IT administrator to provide username/password to the bodno software apps. 1st try I had to leave a message and open a ticket with our internal IT. Angelo asked me to try again a few moments later. I connected immediately with internal IT support and the two of them collaborated to allow Angelo to fully update the software and printer. First test badge was poor color quality. Angelo made adjustments and the following badge test was great. Angelo stayed with me on this issue knowing we had an urgent need for badges to be delivered to another site on Monday a.m.

Unfortunately, the emails i received were sent from outside our organization has been classified as “junk” emails. I greatly appreciate the assistance that was provided, although in my error for not checking junk (although I work in IT, if I don’t hear a response the first place I would check is the junk) You Angelo D. and David R. from CardPresto provided exceptional services and the understanding of the situation.
Angelo was patient and very knowledgeable and helped resolved my issues in a timely manner.
Byron was extremely helpful in redownloading a software and reconnecting the printer to the computer. He even went through the process again to make sure I understood how to fix the error if it ever were to occur again.
