New setup of printer. Small anmount of confusion led me down the wrong road. Called support and was very pleased with the way it was all handled. With very little help on my part he saved me a lot of headache and walked me through the entire process and printed a card as a finished product. All was very professional and helped me understand how it all works. I could not be happier!!!

Such amazing help!

Jude helped us tremendously in fixing our printer issue. What had happened was that the film got stuck inside the roller, and Jude helped me by showing me different videos and walking me through the steps of connecting the rolls together again and pulling the stuck film out.

I also want to give thanks to Joseph for starting the conversation with us and reaching out to support members initially to help get us started on the right path! Both Jude and Joseph helped us not have to buy a whole new printer!
