How does the trade-in process work?
It’s as easy as 1-2-3:
1. Purchase a new printer from our trade-in eligible models.
2. We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label to return your old printer.
3. Once we receive your trade-in, we’ll refund the trade-in value directly to your credit card within 7 business days.
What condition does my trade-in printer need to be in?
Your printer doesn't have to work perfectly, but it must be physically complete and free from significant damage. We accept printers with cosmetic issues such as scratches, missing parts, or power cords. Printers that are missing key components or are physically damaged cannot be traded in.
Which printers are eligible for trade-in?
