Why users love it: High-speed, affordable printing. Cost-effective optional upgrades.

Typical applications: Student IDs, employee IDs, access control cards, payment cards, loyalty cards, gift cards, membership cards, event badges.
DTC1250e Single-Sided Printer
Create ID Cards in Less Time Than it Takes to Drink a Coffee
The DTC1250e prints and encodes in one seamless step for simple, error-free printing. Its intuitive user-interface includes color-changing buttons that inform you of system status.
Enjoy Rich, Vibrant Images
The Fargo DTC1250e uses direct-to-card printing to print vivid images. (Like all direct-to-card printers, it leaves a thin unprinted border at the card edge.) Print either monochrome or full-color customized ID cards. Color Assist™ spot-color matching included in the Fargo Workbench diagnostic ensures perfectly accurate graphics and logos.
Choose from a Wealth of Options
The DTC1250e is designed for a wide range of applications. It prints on all types of cards, including ultra-thin loyalty and healthcare cards, rewritable cards (monochrome only), magstripe cards, and smart cards with embedded technology.
Print with Peace of Mind
The printer’s security features includes resin scramble data protection that renders the ribbon unreadable and AES 256 data encryption to protect your data. So you never have to worry that your cardholder’s information is being compromised.
Experience Zero-Headache Printing
The integrated card-cleaning roller cleans each card before printing to ensure outstanding print quality. The printer also comes with the Fargo Workbench diagnostic software that lets you know when routine maintenance is needed. Three-year manufacturer coverage gives you added protection.
Optional Magstripe Encoding
You can easily add magnetic stripe encoding to the DTC1250e on site as your needs evolve.
Configure the DTC1250e According to your Needs
The DTC1250e can be factory-upgraded to support dual-sided printing and smart card encoding. Factory upgrades must be ordered at time of sale.
Logitech C270 HD Webcam
Take High-Resolution Snapshots
The Logitech webcam features Logitech Fluid Crystal™ Technology—enabling it to capture crisp, clear photos that transfer effortlessly onto your photo ID badges. Simply plug it into your computer’s USB port and it is ready for use.
