I purchased a used 320X from Amazon, and I learned the hard way. Had problems with it. Had to send it back to Amazon. Luckily, I got a full refund, thanks to the guys at Bodno. I was able to get a great deal. Since communicating with them about the 320, I was given a great deal on a 400X beautiful machine. This time, I had all my parts and instructions, but I encountered a few issues with printing cards. I called and talked to John. John was great. He helped me through all the procedures of setting up printing cards. I was having issues saving templates, and he remoted into the computer and fixed all my problems. 5 stars. I would purchase from this company again. They have excellent customer service skills. I should know I had talked to about 5 different tech while trying to get that use machine up and running.
