Angelo was an amazing help to us. Unfortunately, our HR manager passed away not too long ago and it's been difficult to pick up the slack of her heavy schedule. After connecting with support, Angelo patiently handled my questions and got our Pronto printer back up in no time. We'd tried so hard to do it ourselves but made many missteps along the way. The re-installation of Magicard's Printer software that we use Bodno went off without a hitch once Angelo took over. Very pleased with this customer service!
