Needed a little help getting the printer set up, John helped and was fantastic helping me get the printer set up!

I was having an issue with my bodno program, and needed to reinstall because I was not able to Print. When I reached out to tech support Felix was the one assigned to me, He worked on my windows computer and discovered that there was a driver issue. He assisted me but for some reason the driver wasn't installing. Today I brought my MacBook in and he helped me install and transfer license and now I am operational again. Great customer service, Thank you very much

Angelo thank you once again for all of your assistance when it comes to Wavecrest Assisted Living ID maker. I was having issues with the ID maker that my facility had received, and I was having printing issues. I did call IT yesterday, but we were not able to fix the issue at that time. Angelo was able to assist with the printing error issue and we were only on the phone for less than 10 mins. Once again thank you for the fast service! I would highly recommend.
