This is the second time I have had to use tech support and once again they did not disappoint. Byron was quick, concise, and knew exactly what my issue was before I even finished explaining it. Good day, I had trouble with getting my application and printer to work well so I decided to contact customer service, thankfully I do. I had an employee by the name of Felix. He had my printer fix and printing in no time. (I highly recommend his services) Overall, I give the service I received a 10 out of 10.

We have had our device over a year and for some strange reason we always had to reset our activation code if it wasn't in use after a week or so. I was told that our code was no longer exist and it was because we were trying to use the code onto another device but that wasn't case. We had been using the same device since we received the device. Come to find out Felix was able to determine that the device was not registered and we were using someone else's activation. Felix was able to register our device properly and we are all set. No more calling to reset our code and becoming frustrated with all of this.
The Tech Support Representative Byron was very knowledgeable, personable and experienced. He resolved my issues and tested everything to make sure everything was working well.
