Byron is my new best friend!!! He help me solve a 3 day problem I had with the ribbon position and updated my firmare for me. I have a huge project due Monday and now I will be able to get it done because of his help. Thank You!!!

This was an upgrade for our organization and it is simple to use. We do have to purchase ribbon more frequently since we haven't one that has to capacity to print more than 100. After a few months we had to have the printer driver updated and was paired with Angelo who was very polite and communicated all the steps while he remoted into my computer. Customer service is amazing!
