I lost the printer in my printer list. After checking the connections and making sure everything was plugged in correctly, I called tech support. Unfortunately, I wasn't the only one that needed help so I got a call back a little later. In the meantime, I had downloaded the print driver and tried to install it. My computer needed to be rebooted and then I was pulled away for other pressing issues at work. Felix called me back shortly after and was able to confirm that the print driver I installed was working and my system was ready to go! I highly recommend Felix and his expert knowledge!
