I called the customer service number to find out if I could order a different type of badge that would produce a higher resolution. Felix informed me that Bodno only offered one type of card but suggested that I provide him remote access so that he could check the settings. WAH-LAHHH! Correcting the settings solved my problem and save me time and money. THANK YOU!

I received an error message when printing. Felix was able to remotely access my computer, update print drivers, and had me working again in a matter of minutes. Very satisfied!
