Enjoying the Evolis Primacy 2 printer. A software issue crept up out of nowhere. The Bodno tech, Jude, gave me a call and was great in fixing the issue plus helping with a settings issues that came up during the call. I definitely have confidence in the Bodno customer support (it's great that it's not outsourced!).
