  • 32bit & 64bit operating systems

Note: For the web-downloadable Driver to successfully install you will require local administrator rights and full read / write access to the PC’s local drive.

Installation with a restricted user account could result in errors.

Rio 2e / Tango 2e /Tango+L

Driver support is still retained for these printers, though the printers themselves are obsolete.

4 stars were given because the printer was literally bought a month and a half ago and instead of just swapping it out with a new one, we had to go through the manufacturers warranty process. I will say, from the time I shipped it out to the time I got it back was great. Hardly any time passed.

In all fairness, as my question was the opposite of what MagiCard would like to achieve I wasn't really expecting a comprehensive answer. Even though I did not get a solution to my question, the answer was well formulated and even offered some alternatives inducing the effect the alternative would have to the print quality.

Customer service were very patient and helpful when communicating with me to figure out the problem with the machine! Thank you for the repair, printer works again! It did take a little longer than expected to get it back, about three weeks instead of two.
