This is our first time using this software and I installed it on my computer and called Bodno for assistance on a quick tutorial on how to use the software and Felix answer in a quick and polite manner and also helped with to answer all the questions I had on how to use the program. I definitely recommend this purchase, we bought it thru amazon and they didn't seem to care where because their help was still the same even thought the item was not purchase thru them.

Joseph, was a big help with showing me how to add a picture to my badges. He also set me up with a template to where I can just open the template and create a new badge. He is very patient and explain everything as he walked me through each step. Great worker!!

Felix was very patient dealing with the PC issues we had, the computer was an older windows 7 machine and he waited on the phone while it took its time to function. He also was kind enough to give me a walk-through on cleaning the Pronto card printer and successfully testing it with the Bodno softwate. Thanks again Felix! 5 starts from me.

Felix did a great job and was very patient with me. He walked me through what i needed to do in order to update my software. although it was an easy process, his knowledge of walking me through the process was simple. Kudos to Bodno for having Felix on your team!

I must say the support team is absolutely outstanding. I worked with both Felix and Jude today to assist me in getting my Evolis Primacy back up and running. These two absolutely provided me with the assistance I needed. They helped me understand the software better and how to navigate the system. I am no longer experiencing issues with the printer, the images on my IDs print clearly and they even reassured me I am properly inserting ribbon to avoid snapping. *my ribbon snapped recently* I genuinely appreciate the support team at Bodno, always willing to go the extra mile and ASSURE your issue has been sorted out before ending the call.
