Angelo was able to remotely access my printer and get it working again. It took many attempts, but he continued trying until being able to successfully print again.

Byron was very helpful and patient with my issues with Bodno. I appreciate the different options that he was able to help me with.

Joseph, really did a great job and went far and beyond what I expected. He spent well over an hour with me and even went as far as to help me completely switch my printer and software over to a newer laptop. thank again for all the help.

He went the extra mile letting me drive and instructing me with creating a database and printing cards. Updated the printer driver and adjusted the color setting on the printer.
